Cleaning out your Closet

Let Go of your Excess Baggage…

In life we accumulate many things…Quite often, this ‘baggage’ is handed down from family and as such, we dutifully take it upon ourselves to continue the tradition of “carrying the load”.

Notwithstanding, experience has taught me that most of our baggage actually comes from our own negative past… Our choices. Our thoughts.  Our relationships.  Break tradition and start the process of getting rid of your excess baggage.  It is time to lighten your load.

Hold on to Hope

A build up is created by all of the negative thoughts you put out into the universe and the negative people that you draw to yourself as a result.  ~ You draw to you what you put out ~   Over time, the negative energy will accumulate to the point of  creating stagnation in our lives ~ particularly, in our spiritual lives.

Have you ever felt trapped?  Perhaps you wonder where you went wrong?  Life feels as if it’s spiraling out of control and you are on the road to nowhere fast.  Every thing bad that can happen has happened.  It just doesn’t seem to stop.  You feel completely drained, lost and just want a quick escape from your life, NOW.  Hold on, there is hope!

You Hold the Key

The good news is that we all posses the POWER  within us, to rid our lives of the Excess Baggage!   How??

First, we must believe!  That with faith, God will bring us through.  Second, take stock of what is truly important in your life right at this moment.  Make a list, write it down.  Last but certainly not least,  start  letting go of the things that really have no significance or value in your life right now .

Hear the Whisper of Wisdom

Let go of all that is bringing you down ~ especially the NEGATIVE ENERGY.

Every year, many of us Spring Clean our homes.  As we go through each room,  closet by closet we are making way for the new beginning  Spring promises and so, we let go of the things that are no longer of use.

I have learned that clutter can amass rather quickly and cause complete chaos in our lives.  A  disconnect is created between our Mind , our Body  and our Spirit.   So get busy and clean house!

It is equally important to let  go of all  the ‘things’ you’ve been carrying around with you, emotionally weighing you down.  Heed the words of wisdom and begin to embrace the new you.  Don’t waste another precious second.  Start today!  Think of your mind as a doorway and visualize yourself literally sweeping out the negative encumbrances.

Seize this moment to get rid of the emotional baggage that is damaging your spiritual life.  Again, take inventory of what  really matters .  Make a list.  Toss out the negative thoughts that prevent you from moving forward.  Cut loose the negative people in your life that are just taking up space and your valuable time.   Learn the lessons.    Hear the whisper… This is your time.

Self transformation begins…. with Cleaning out your Closet.
